WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO?

MALÁ VEĽKÁ DOPOMOHA is a non-profit organization of friends/volunteers who in their free time raise and transport humanitarian aid to Ukraine. We receive material from private donors, from our financial collections, or in cooperation with other voluntary organizations such as
KORIDOR UA”, “OPERACE KYSELÁČ” a “MISE UKRAJINA”
. Humanitárnu pomoc vozíme osobne na konkrétne miesta a konkrétnym ľuďom, ktorí ju potrebujú. Detailnejšie info o druhoch našich aktivít nájdete nižšie. Všetky naše aktivity si môžete prezrieť v galériách fotoreportov. Históriu všetkých našich aktivít spojených s humanitárnou pomocou Ukrajine nájdete klikntím na našu FB stránku:

HUMANITARIAN AID TRANSPORT FOR HOSPITALS

  • transportation of medical supplies for hospitals in Ukraine
  • organizing fundraisers and purchasing humanitarian aid for hospitals
  • co-operation with other non-profit organizations with the transportation of humanitarian aid for hospitals and medical facilities
  • Most of our activities consist of transporting humanitarian aid (medical supplies and equipment) for hospitals in Ukraine. We have made several trips with supplies of materials that we managed to purchase with the money we raised, received from donors, or obtained in cooperation with Czech non-profit organizations – Operation Kyseláč, Mise Ukraina and Koridor UA. In the hospital in the town of Lysets (Ivano-Frankivsk), thanks to you, we equipped the palliative department of the local hospital with new hospital beds and new mattresses against pressure ulcers, incontinence diapers and a lot of hygiene supplies and other material, as well as equipment for the hospital. For the surgical hospital in the same town we brought electricity generators and medical supplies and equipment.

On our last trip, thanks to materials from Mission Ukraine, in collaboration with Operation Kyseláč we brought two incubators, delivery chairs, examination tables, and equipment to the bombed maternity hospital in Kherson, plus other donated materials such as diapers, mattresses, baby breathing sensors and more.

DELIVERY OF HUMANITARIAN AID TO LOCAL CIVILIAN POPULATION

  • As part of the import of medical aid for hospitals, we always pack something for local residents, or we transport humanitarian aid to needed places between Ukrainian cities. In cooperation with Koridor UA, Opera Kyseláč and Mise Ukraine, we most recently delivered clothing, food, medicines, solar panels, wheelchairs, walkers and crutches to the villages of Antonivka and Zarychne in the Kherson region.
